Unacceptable experience. First order on 04/22/2022, reception on the 27th, first tie clip delivered with a non-centered engraving. Filing a comment on the site, then I was contacted by customer service, they offered me a refund in a voucher and an additional 20%, I found it very commercial I recommended, in sending an email to prevent centering the engraving. Elements supposedly transferred to the workshop. Reception of a new clamp still not centered
