I was initially reluctant to order the bracelet as I was not familiar with the company. I am glad that I did. Initially, I ordered a size too large, however, it was no problem to return it and get a new one. The bracelets are high quality with a well-engineered clasp. The clasp magnet is protected from the occasional moisture and only served to keep the clasp locked. Any larger force on the bracelet is taken by the mechanical connection. The price is on the high side but the design is good.

My bracelet was large and was changed for medium.

Loose/space between the beads in size XL

The beads are loose and slide along almost as if one more bead is needed in the size XL. I also assumed all bracelets in size XL were the same size so this one is actually too big for my hubby and will be returning. His other XL fits him perfectly. Overall great company and I love that customs/duty charges were covered by the company as it makes shopping from Canada easier!
