Poor quality

It was fast shipping which is great because it gives me lots more time to look for something better. This was meant to be a wedding present for my soon to be husband but it came in looking already used? The backside with the engraving is full of nicks and scratches that are clearly visible.. and the “engraving” looks more like laser printed words. I’m really disappointed, I don’t know if it’s bad packaging or what but I just can’t imagine giving this beat-up pocket watch as a wedding gift.
