Beautiful bow, delivered late

Unfortunately, my bow was only delivered after 5 days, while there was a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Because of this I had to buy another bow for the wedding attended. Returned the bow, but lost the 5 euro shipping costs. If you do not have the shipping times in order, do not charge the customers shipping costs. Just looked at the bow and it was very beautiful.
